LAYAWAY POLICY

Hall of Wonders offers a very simple Layaway Plan for purchases over $200. Here's how it works:

  1. Contact us and let us know which item(s) you would like to place on Layaway. 
  2. Place a 20% non-refundable deposit to put your items on Hold/Layaway. (We'll send you an invoice via PayPal). Once deposit is paid, no one else will be able to purchase said item(s). 
  3. For orders of $200-$300, we will send 4 equal weekly payment invoices via PayPal for the remaining balance.
  4. For orders of $300 and up, we will send you 6 equal weekly payment invoices via PayPal for the remaining balance.

Sample Layaway Plan:

Order Total: $200 (Eligible for 4 Week Payment Plan)

Initial Deposit: $40 (20% of total price)

Week 1 Payment: $40

Week 2 Payment: $40

Week 3 Payment: $40

Week 4 Payment: $40 + Shipping Costs + Sales Tax (Sales Tax will be applied to purchases from California residents only.)

What If I Need to Cancel My Layaway Order?

We understand that sometimes things come up, so if you need to cancel your layaway we will refund you your payments minus the 20% initial deposit.

What If I Need to Return My Layaway Order?

Any orders purchased on Layaway are may be exchanged for store credit only, which will be given in the amount of the purchase total minus the 20% deposit. Please notify us of your intent to return the item within 72 hours of receipt.

How To Start the Process:

Please use our "Contact" form and list which items you would like to put on Layaway, and we will send you the 20% deposit invoice within a few hours.

Once your deposit is paid, we will put the item on hold for you so it may not be purchased by anyone else. When final payment has been completed, your order will ship within 1-2 business days with Tracking + Shipping Confirmation.
